How do we protect your information?
We have in place appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information.

All personal data is kept on a password-protected computer or in a secure password-protected Cloud storage system. Personal data is not stored or transported on portable electronic devices such as memory sticks.

We also have in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we am legally required to do so.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary:
to provide the services that you have requested, for essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.

the amount, nature and sensitivity of the data,  the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your information,
the purposes for which we process your data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means
applicable legal requirements.

With whom is your data shared?
We do not share your data with anyone unless:
you request that we do so in writing or you give us permission to do so (e.g. publishing your testimonial for us on our website)

a copy of the information we hold about you , that we correct any information if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date , your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary for us to retain such information, transfer of your personal data directly to another data controller
where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your information, that a restriction is placed on the further processing of your data
